Our Mission & Vision
Better Quality Care was founded with one goal: to provide the kind of disability support we'd want for someone in our own family.
Too many participants spend years cycling through providers; inconsistent workers, poor communication and supports that feel like a service transaction rather than genuine care. We started Better Quality Care to do things differently.
We're a tight-knit, hands-on team based in Sydney, Northern NSW & the Gold Coast. You'll also find us sprinkled in other capital cities such as Melbourne & Perth.
We work exclusively with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants, which means we can take the time to match each participant with the right worker, not just whoever happens to be available. Every worker we hire is personally vetted, trained and supported to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Our Services
Assistance with Daily Living
We support you with the everyday tasks that keep life running! Personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, household tasks and anything else that helps you live the way you want to. Our friendly support workers are here to help.
Community Participation & Social Support
Getting out and being part of your community matters. We support you to attend appointments, visit friends and family, explore hobbies, join community groups & simply get out of the house and do the things you enjoy.
In Home Support
Our support workers come to you. Whether you need a few hours a week or regular daily support, we build a consistent schedule around your life. We take the time to find someone who genuinely fits, not just the first available worker.
Therapy Assistant Support
Working alongside your OT, speech pathologist, or physiotherapist, our therapy assistants help implement your therapy goals between clinical sessions. Practising skills, building confidence, and making sure the work you do with your therapist carries through into everyday life.
